User Content: We collect pipeline configurations, intent declarations, dbt models, SQL queries, transformation logic, and agent instructions you create within the platform.

Payment Information: Billing details are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, including features used, pipeline executions, agent actions, and session duration.

Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.

We retain your account information and pipeline data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Pipeline execution logs are retained for 90 days by default. Institutional knowledge base data is retained for the duration of your subscription.

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
